FEFU is ranked the top 10 best universities in the country according to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) took eighth place in the December ranking of media activity of universities. Every month, M-Rate monitors the dynamics of the effectiveness of the work of universities with the media, social networks and website.

The overall result was influenced by a breakthrough in working with social networks: from the twentieth place in November, FEFU rose to sixth. At the same time, the university took the second place in the country for the Telegram activity. FEFU also entered the top 10 universities, whose communication with the media became the most effective at the end of the month.

Recall that the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation monitors the dynamics of the media activity of universities every month. The December media rating included 230 subordinate universities. The rating takes into account the effectiveness of universities in the media space in three main areas: work with the media, with their own audience in groups and channels in all major social networks, with their own websites. Each of the M-Rate indicators is calculated separately, has its own specific weight and affects the final formula for calculating the results. Today, M-Rate is the only official rating of Russian universities that reflects the results of the work of universities with their audience in the information field.

FEFU is the largest scientific and educational center of the Russian Far East. It acts as an institute for the intellectual development of the Far East and a key resource for scientific and technological support of launched and already implemented projects.
