Documents loss

If you lose your passport - the passport is reissued at the consulate of your country.

If you lose your passport with a visa, immediately after issuance your passport, you must visit the FEFU Visa and Registration Office to restore your visa with the following documents:

1. Passport;
2. Migration card;
3. 2 copies of all pages of the passport with any marks + migration card on A4 sheet  from 2 sides;
4. A copy of the tear-off part of the notification of arrival (registration) from 2 sides on one side of A4 sheet;
5. State duty payment 1600 rubles;
6. FEFU visa fee payment - 500 rubles;
7. One 3x4 photo on a white background;
8. A copy of the contract for studies 
9. Copy of the employment contract (for workers);
10. Copy of supplementary agreement on data modification (new passport).

If you lose your migration card:

You must contact the Department of Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the place of registration with the following documents:

1. Application for restore ( Application for migration restore)

2. Passport + copy of the 1st page;

3. Visa + copy (if available);

4. Registration + copy
