Investigation of peculiarities in manufacturing and non-destructive testing of large-dimensioned multilayered stiffened panels having mesh structure
The article contains the results of the investigations carried out by the members of the Arsenyev Branch, Far Eastern Federal University, and the staff of the basic enterprise Arsenyev Aircraft Company Progress. It offers the latest information on the nondestructive testing of large-dimensioned polymeric composite panel having irregular mesh structure and complex three-dimensional configuration. Presented are the selected results of the internal research, development and engineering aimed at efficacious monitoring of the state of the large-dimensioned composite aircraft panels, when the others factors are equal to the analogues. The technique is intended to be applied in aircraft manufacturing and exploitation, yet it may be employed in related industries as well, e.g. shipbuilding and machine-building ones.
