New manufacturing processes for functional products and their effect on life safety

The article presents the results of the development of the functional alimentary products produced on the basis of oil-water spreads with the usage of the “Blood of Dragon” rice from a South Vietnam province and the northern shrimp inhabiting the seas of the Far East.
