Approximate estimation of the density value
in a flat tensioned steel element by drilling a round hole
Abstract. The article substantiates the method for determining stresses in a flat steel tensile element by drilling a round hole. Finite element models of the studied fragments are presented, as well as the results and analysis of numerical experiments using the LIRA-SAPR software package. Based on the results of experimental data, an approximate dependence was obtained to determine the normal stress, which can be used in the survey of steel structures of buildings and structures in operation, which will allow estimating the acting stresses in their linearly loaded plate elements using the method of drilling a round hole.
